Terms of Service
Effective date: February 5, 2026 · Last updated: February 5, 2026
Revoly is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Portugal, EU.
Beta The Service is currently in public beta.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Revoly.ai (the "Service"), you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Revoly.ai, an individual entrepreneur registered in Portugal ("Revoly", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
2. Description of Service
Revoly provides an AI-powered personal assistant ("AI Agent") that acts on your behalf across connected services and communication channels. The AI Agent is powered by third-party artificial intelligence models (currently Claude, developed by Anthropic) and uses the open-source OpenClaw framework.
The AI Agent may, depending on your configuration and connected services:
- Email (Gmail): Read, filter, prioritize, draft, and send emails on your behalf; create digests and summaries of your inbox; manage labels and organization
- Calendar (Google Calendar): Read, create, modify, reschedule, and cancel calendar events; manage attendees, reminders, and scheduling conflicts
- Messaging (Telegram): Read and respond to messages through the Revoly Telegram bot; send notifications and updates
- Web browsing: Browse websites, perform web research, extract and summarize information from web pages on your behalf
- AI memory: Learn your preferences, writing style, routines, and context over time to provide increasingly personalized assistance
- Other tasks: Generate content, analyze information, and perform other automated tasks as directed by your instructions
Extensible capabilities
Revoly is built on an extensible AI agent platform. The AI Agent's capabilities may expand over time through the addition of new integrations, tools, and skills (such as new messaging platforms, productivity tools, CRM systems, or other third-party services). When new integrations become available:
- Each new integration will require your explicit consent before activation — no new service connections are made without your authorization
- These Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to all current and future capabilities of the AI Agent
- We will update our Privacy Policy and sub-processors list when new integrations involve sharing your data with additional third parties
- You can enable or disable individual integrations at any time through your account settings
The AI Agent operates based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. While we strive to make the AI Agent helpful and accurate, it is an autonomous system that may take actions that are incorrect, incomplete, or not aligned with your intentions. AI technology is inherently imperfect, and you should always review AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
3. Beta Service & Early Access
The Service is currently in public beta. This means:
- Work in progress: Features, functionality, and user interfaces may change substantially at any time without notice. Features may be added, modified, or removed.
- Instability: The Service may contain bugs, errors, and instabilities. The AI Agent may behave unexpectedly, produce incorrect results, or fail to perform tasks.
- No SLA: We provide no service level agreement during beta. Downtime, data processing delays, and service interruptions may occur without notice.
- Data considerations: While we take data security seriously, beta software carries inherent risks. Do not use the Service for mission-critical operations or as your sole system for managing important communications.
- Feedback welcome: We encourage you to report bugs, issues, and suggestions to hello@revoly.ai. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation or attribution.
By using the beta Service, you acknowledge and accept these additional risks beyond those applicable to production software. The disclaimers and limitations in these Terms apply with even greater force during the beta period.
We reserve the right to end the beta period, transition to general availability, or discontinue the Service entirely at our discretion.
4. Accounts & Access
To use Revoly, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
- Provide accurate and complete account information
- Sign in via Google login (authentication powered by Clerk)
- Keep your credentials secure and not share them with any third party
- Notify us immediately at hello@revoly.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If someone else uses your account, you are responsible for their actions and any resulting consequences. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or refuse usernames or account identifiers at our discretion.
5. Connected Third-Party Services
Revoly integrates with third-party services that you choose to connect. By connecting a service, you:
- Grant permission: You authorize Revoly to access, read, process, and (where applicable) take actions within that service on your behalf, within the scope of the permissions (OAuth scopes) you grant
- Accept responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Revoly with connected services complies with the terms of service of those third-party providers (e.g., Google Terms of Service, Telegram Terms of Service)
- Understand the risks: Actions taken by the AI Agent through connected services (such as sending an email or modifying a calendar event) are performed using your account credentials and are attributable to you
Google API Services
Revoly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the Service's user-facing features that are visible and accessible to you
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except (a) to Anthropic for AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy, (b) as necessary to provide the Service, (c) for security purposes, or (d) as required by law
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (i) we have your explicit affirmative consent for specific messages, (ii) it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), (iii) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (iv) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations
Revoking access
You may disconnect any connected service at any time through your Revoly account settings. You can also revoke Revoly's access directly through the third-party service:
- Google: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find "Revoly" in the list, and click "Remove Access"
- Telegram: Block the Revoly bot in Telegram or use /stop command
After revocation, Revoly will no longer be able to access that service. Cached data from the service will be deleted within 30 days.
6. AI Agent Behavior & Autonomous Actions
6.1 Nature of the AI Agent
The AI Agent uses artificial intelligence to interpret your instructions and take actions on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The AI Agent may take actions autonomously, including sending messages, emails, and calendar invitations to third parties on your behalf
- Actions taken by the AI Agent may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your intentions
- The AI Agent may misinterpret your instructions or context, leading to unintended actions
- Outputs and actions generated by the AI Agent may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinated information, or content that does not reflect your views
- The AI Agent's capabilities are limited by the underlying AI technology and may not perform as expected in all situations
- The AI Agent may fail to complete tasks, complete them incorrectly, or produce unexpected results
- The AI Agent may refuse to perform certain requests based on safety filters and content policies of the underlying AI model
6.2 Your responsibility for AI actions
You are solely responsible for:
- All actions taken by the AI Agent on your behalf, including emails sent, calendar events created or modified, messages sent, web interactions, and any other actions performed through connected services
- Configuring the AI Agent's behavior, permissions, and scope of authority appropriately
- Reviewing AI-generated content (especially emails and messages) before they are sent to third parties or relied upon for decisions
- Monitoring the AI Agent's actions and correcting any errors promptly
- Ensuring that the AI Agent's use of your connected accounts complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of connected platforms
- Any consequences (legal, financial, personal, professional, or otherwise) arising from the AI Agent's actions
6.3 No guarantee of accuracy
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. The AI Agent may "hallucinate" — producing information that appears plausible but is factually incorrect. You must independently verify any information, data, or recommendations provided by the AI Agent before acting on them, especially for important decisions.
6.4 AI disclosure to third parties
When the AI Agent communicates with third parties on your behalf (e.g., by sending emails), we recommend — and in some cases may require — that you disclose the use of AI to those third parties. You acknowledge that applicable laws (including the EU AI Act) may require disclosure of AI involvement in communications. Revoly is not responsible for any failure by you to comply with such disclosure requirements.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
- Maintain the security of your account and connected service credentials
- Review and verify AI Agent outputs before relying on them or sharing them with third parties
- Promptly report any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or unintended AI behavior to hello@revoly.ai
- Comply with Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy when using the AI Agent, as the Service relies on Anthropic's AI models

- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months of use
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@revoly.ai and we will investigate promptly
10.5 Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT/GST) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service, except for taxes based on our net income.
11. EU Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason (the "Cooling-Off Period"), as provided by Directive 2011/83/EU.

12. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
12.1 Your data
Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all data you provide to or generate through Revoly (including email content, calendar data, messages, and other materials). We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, process, store, and transmit your data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
12.2 AI-generated outputs
As between you and Revoly, you own the outputs generated by the AI Agent at your direction (such as drafted emails and summaries), subject to any rights of third parties and the terms of the underlying AI model provider. We make no representation that AI-generated outputs are original, non-infringing, or protectable by intellectual property law.
12.3 Our intellectual property
The Service (excluding your data and open-source components) — including our brand, design, proprietary code, infrastructure, and documentation — is owned by Revoly and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

13.1 Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs
- Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
- Any warranty regarding the security or integrity of data transmitted to or from the Service
The beta nature of the Service means that these disclaimers apply with particular force. The Service may contain defects, and you assume the entire risk of using it.
13.2 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- No liability for AI actions: We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended consequences of AI-generated content, actions, or recommendations. This includes but is not limited to: incorrectly drafted or sent emails, erroneously created or cancelled calendar events, inaccurate web research results, and any communications sent to third parties by the AI Agent

- Force majeure: We are not liable for failures, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, wars, labor disputes, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages (including Anthropic, Google, or Telegram), cyberattacks, or changes in applicable law
13.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable law, including (without limitation):
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct
- Any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU or national law
14. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revoly and its operator from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Actions taken by the AI Agent through your account or connected services
- Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Content you provide to or generate through the Service
- Your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms
EU Consumer limitation: If you are a consumer within the EEA or UK, this indemnification obligation applies only to the extent that the claims arise from your intentional misconduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms, and does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of contract.
15. Service Availability & Modifications
- No SLA: We aim for high availability but provide no formal service level agreement, especially during beta. Downtime and service interruptions may occur
- Scheduled maintenance: We will endeavor to notify you in advance of planned maintenance that may affect availability
- Third-party dependencies: The Service relies on external services (including Anthropic, Google, Telegram, Clerk, Stripe, and our hosting provider). Outages in these services may affect the Service's functionality, and we are not liable for such outages
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. During beta, features may change substantially
- Discontinuation: We may discontinue the Service entirely upon 30 days' notice by email. In such case, we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data
16. Termination & Suspension
16.1 Termination by you
You may cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@revoly.ai. Voluntary cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
16.2 Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service immediately if we reasonably believe:
- You have violated these Terms, including the Prohibited Uses
- Your use poses a security risk to the Service or other users
- Your use may subject us to legal liability
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
Except in cases of severe abuse, fraud, or legal requirement, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or promptly after any suspension and provide you with an opportunity to remedy the issue. We may terminate your account permanently for repeated or severe violations.
16.3 After termination
- Your access to the Service ends immediately upon termination (or at the end of your billing period for voluntary cancellation)
- Connected service tokens (Gmail, Calendar, Telegram) are revoked immediately
- Your data is retained for 30 days after termination to allow for data export requests, then permanently deleted (subject to backup retention as described in our Privacy Policy)
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including: Data Ownership, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous
17. Open Source & Third-Party AI Technology
17.1 Open-source components
Revoly is built using OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework, and may incorporate other open-source software. Open-source components are provided under their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). Our proprietary additions — including infrastructure, security layers, user interface, and service configurations — are not open source.
For a list of key open-source components and their licenses, see our Open-Source Notices.
17.2 Third-party AI technology
The AI Agent is powered by Claude, developed by Anthropic. This means:
- Your inputs (messages, connected service data relevant to your requests) are sent to Anthropic's API for processing
- Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train AI models (per Anthropic's API data policy)
- The quality, accuracy, and availability of AI outputs are dependent on Anthropic's technology and service availability
- Anthropic may update, modify, or change their AI models, which may affect the behavior and capabilities of the Service
- Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the AI Agent. If your usage violates Anthropic's policies, Anthropic may restrict access, which would impact the Service
We may change the underlying AI model provider at any time. If we do, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy accordingly.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and, where applicable, European Union law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you retain the protections of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers in the EU, which is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for the purpose of ODR is hello@revoly.ai. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes:
- We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect (or 30 days for pricing changes)
- If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the effective date without penalty. Your current terms will apply through the end of your billing period
- Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
For non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights), we may update the Terms without prior notice. We will always update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
20. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revoly regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction
- No third-party beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except as expressly stated herein
- Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms
