Terms — The Short Version
A plain-language summary of what you're agreeing to. This is not a replacement for the full Terms of Service — it's here to help you understand the key points quickly.
It's a beta
Revoly is in public beta. Things may break, features may change, and there's no uptime guarantee. Don't rely on it as your only system for critical tasks.
The AI can make mistakes
Revoly's AI Agent can misunderstand requests, hallucinate information, draft wrong emails, or mess up calendar events. Always review important actions before they go out. You're responsible for what the AI does on your behalf.
Your data stays yours
We don't own your emails, calendar, or messages. We process them only to provide the service. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models.
You choose what to connect
Gmail, Google Calendar, Telegram — you decide which services to connect. Each requires your explicit permission. You can disconnect any time, and we'll delete cached data within 30 days.
Pricing can change
Beta pricing is not permanent. We can change plans and prices, but we'll give you 30 days' notice before any price increase. You can always cancel if you disagree.
EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're in the EU, you can change your mind within 14 days of subscribing and get a full refund. After that, you can still cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period.
Not a substitute for professionals
Revoly is a productivity assistant, not a lawyer, doctor, or financial advisor. Don't use it for high-stakes decisions where errors could cause serious harm.
"As is" — limited liability
The service is provided as-is with no guarantees. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 3 months (or €50, whichever is more). This doesn't override your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
You can leave anytime
Cancel whenever you want. We keep your data for 30 days after, then permanently delete everything. We can also suspend accounts that violate the rules — but we'll try to warn you first.

Your requests are processed by Claude (Anthropic's AI). Anthropic does not train models on your data. Their content policies apply to your usage too.
